2. FLOOR PLANS
Having the original floor plan is essential to create the project.
If the client does not have the layout, our team will create one in loco! This allows us to create our client’s desires on paper, representing the real space at hand.
3. MOOD BOARD
Creating a moodboard is a crucial step .
By compiling images, colors, patterns, and textures on a moodboard, designers can explore various creative ideas and combinations facilitating collaboration with the clients’ taste, allowing for an interactive design process. Clients can provide feedback on specific elements, ensuring that their preferences are incorporated into the final design. 4. RENDERS 2d and 3D
Congratulations on reaching a significant milestone in your design journey – the approval of your mood board! With your aesthetic preferences and design direction solidified, we now enter an exciting phase of turning concepts into tangible reality. It's now time to start working on the list of items to purchase, based on the floor plan layout measures and the client's budget.
Creating 2d or 3d renders will be delivered as samples, in order to have a real idea of what is about to happen.
